Description:

original hardshell case. The V220 is one of Carvin’s most recognizable designs from the 1980s, known for its sharp V-shaped body, fast-playing necks, and high-quality California craftsmanship. This one has had some "period correct" mods, while keeping its original character intact. Its a great 80s player grade shredder time capsule!

some visible cosmetic flaws and screw holes around the route from the modification. Otherwise, the guitar remains in good shape with clean frets, solid hardware, and smooth playability.

good overall. Definitely player grade, but quite clean. The guitar shows light playwear consistent with age and use, but no structural issues. There are some scapes, dings and dents around the body and there is minor cosmetic signs of prior mods around the Floyd Rose route. Frets and neck are in excellent shape, and the electronics are fully functional.

It has been fully set up in our shop: fresh strings installed, truss rod and relief adjusted, frets polished, nut and action dialed in, and pickup height balanced. It’s playing great and delivers the snappy attack, sustain, and feel these California-built Carvins are known for.

We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully.
