Description:

Here’s a beautiful 2018 Gretsch G5422TG Electromatic Hollow Body Double-Cut in Snowcrest White with gold hardware and a Bigsby. It’s a sharp-looking, great-playing guitar that delivers the classic Gretsch aesthetic and tone with modern reliability.

This particular example was made in Korea, just before Gretsch transitioned production of this line to China. These Korean-built models are widely regarded for their excellent craftsmanship and consistency, and they’re becoming harder to come by in this kind of condition.

It’s in excellent shape overall with only minimal signs of use—no major dings or wear. The finish is clean and bright, and the gold hardware still looks great throughout. Very well cared for and it shows.

Features include dual Black Top Filter'Tron pickups for that signature Gretsch chime and bite, a Bigsby B60 vibrato tailpiece, and traditional Gretsch controls: master volume, individual pickup volumes, master tone, and a 3-way selector. The neck has a comfortable, easy-playing profile that suits a wide range of styles.

Tested and 100% fully functional. It’s been freshly set up here in the shop with a new set of strings, a fret polish, neck relief and action dialed in, nut slots adjusted, and pickup heights set—so it’s playing and sounding exactly as it should.

No case included, but it will be packed with care. A fantastic example of a Korean-made Electromatic—clean, well set up, and ready to go.
