Here's a cool SG that would be a great first electric ... this one is a 2015 Epiphone SG Special w/ GT KillPot in Heritage Cherry Red. This model features a unique tone pot (or knob) that doubles as a "kill switch" button when you press the knob down. It momentarily mutes your signal, which can be used a really cool effect like Jack White, Tom Morello and Buckethead have been doing for years with customized guitars. Besides that, this is a really nice playing guitar, has beautiful woodgrain and sounds really good. Plus, it comes with an aftermarket Roadrunner hardshell case!
Tested 100% fully functional. Comes with a hardshell case as pictured. Excellent condition. Frets are in great shape, and the truss rod works as it should freely in each direction.
As always, this guitar has been treated to a brand new set of strings and a deluxe setup here in the shop. That includes a full fret polish, setting neck relief / truss rod, dialing in nut slot height and string action, setting the pickup height and more! So, you can rest assured that it is playing its absolute best!
