Description:

Up for sale is a Preowned 2007 Fender FMT HH Telecaster in Black Cherry Burst, made in Korea, and including a gig bag. The FMT (Flame Maple Top) Telecasters are a slightly different take on the traditional Tele formula, blending familiar Fender styling with more modern appointments and a dressed-up look. These Korean-made examples are well regarded for their solid construction and comfortable feel.

This model features a carved flame maple top over a mahogany body, paired with a set mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. The dual humbucker configuration gives it a thicker, more powerful voice than a traditional single-coil Tele, while still retaining good clarity and balance. The neck profile is comfortable and familiar, making it an easy guitar to settle into.

Condition is good. There are surface scratches scattered throughout the guitar. A few smaller but noticeable scratches and dings are present near the top edge of the body close to the strap button. The back of the body shows significant buckle rash, along with one larger ding on the bottom back edge that has been colored in to blend more closely with the finish. No cracks or structural issues were found, and everything functions properly.

The guitar has been inspected and set up in our shop, including fresh strings, neck relief adjustment, action and intonation dial-in, and electronics testing. It plays comfortably across the neck and performs as expected.
