Description:

Gold Amber Burst. Part of the now-discontinued SZ series, the SZ520QM was Ibanez’s more straightforward, hard-rocking alternative to the S series—featuring a thicker body, fixed bridge, and dual humbuckers in a simplified control layout ... with the 25" scale, very likely inspired by PRS guitars. This whole range has a great reputation for quality and value.

We might be biased, but just LOOK at that top. This is probably the nicest figuring we've seen on one of these, and it really stands out versus most of the examples on Reverb at the time of this listing

Gibraltar III bridge offers great tuning stability and sustain.

very good overall. There are a few minor cosmetic marks from use, but nothing major. The most notable wear is some tarnishing and flaking of the chrome plating on the pickup rings, which is purely cosmetic. Frets are in great shape, the neck is straight, and all electronics are fully functional.

This guitar has been fully set up in our shop: new strings, truss rod adjusted, frets polished, nut and action dialed in, and pickup height balanced. It’s playing smoothly and sounding great.
