Description:

Up for sale is a preowned 2002 Charvel Model A Plus K Pro Series HSS Electric Guitar in Natural Koa, made in Japan and part of a limited production run of only 50 instruments. This model blends Charvel’s performance-oriented design with a striking koa top, offering a fast-playing super-Strat platform with a more upscale visual presentation.

Features include a koa-topped solidbody with contoured double-cut shape, bolt-on maple neck with a 25.5" scale length, rosewood fingerboard, HSS pickup configuration, 5-way selector, master volume and tone controls, and a double-locking tremolo bridge. As part of the Pro Series lineup from this era, the guitar reflects the strong build quality and attention to detail associated with early-2000s MIJ Charvel production.

This example shows that it has been well taken care of with only minimal signs of use. Any visible scratches are purely surface-level and can only be seen under certain lighting. There are only two extremely small dings present—one on the back where the body begins to contour and another on the back bottom edge—both of which are difficult to notice without close inspection. Overall, it presents very cleanly and remains a strong example of this limited production MIJ Charvel.

Every instrument we sell is fully tested in our shop to ensure reliable performance, and optimal setup. Fretted instruments receive a full pro setup with fresh strings, polished frets, optimal truss rod relief, dialed in string action height and precise intonation (when applicable).
