Up for sale is a killer 2001 SG Classic P90 in Heritage Cherry Red. In our opinion, one of the coolest Gibson models from past several decades. SGs already have so much "attitude" but the P90s take it to another level. Tommy Iommi? Pete Townshend Live at Leeds? Santana at Woodstock? All of those iconic tones were SGs with P90s.
This particular example is super clean and plays like a dream.
Tested 100% fully functional. Comes with a well-fitted aftermarket hardshell case. Excellent condition overall, with no major marks or play wear to speak of. Some pick swirling and light signs of use, but very clean for its age. Frets are in excellent shape, and the truss rod is working smoothly in both directions.
As always, this guitar has been treated to a brand new set of strings and a deluxe setup here in the shop. That includes a full fret polish, setting neck relief / truss rod, dialing in nut slot height and string action, setting the pickup height and more! So, you can rest assured that it is playing its absolute best!
