Description:

Up for sale is a preowned 2001 Fender Standard Telecaster (MIM) in Midnight Blue, a straightforward workhorse version of the classic single-cut Tele design. The Standard series has long been known for delivering dependable build quality, comfortable playability, and the unmistakable snap and clarity that Telecasters are known for.

Features include an alder body, bolt-on maple neck with a 25.5" scale length, rosewood fingerboard, dual single-coil Telecaster pickups, a 3-way selector, master volume and master tone controls, and a traditional Tele-style bridge. The layout keeps things simple and functional while covering a wide range of tones.

This example shows honest cosmetic wear consistent with regular playing. The front and back of the body have surface scratches along with typical pickguard wear from use. Notable imperfections include a larger ding on the front edge of the body roughly where a player’s arm would rest, several smaller marks, dings, and scuffs along the sides of the body, and minor cosmetic wear around the top strap button, which remains fully stable. There is also one finish crack on each side of the neck pocket, a common cosmetic occurrence on bolt-on neck guitars; these are finish-only and the guitar remains completely structurally stable and fully functional.

Every instrument we sell is fully tested in our shop to ensure reliable performance, and optimal setup. Fretted instruments receive a full pro setup with fresh strings, polished frets, optimal truss rod relief, dialed in string action height and precise intonation (when applicable). Domestic Shipping: for items not picked up in store, we are happy to ship them to your door! Most larger domestic packages ship UPS Ground fully insured. Smaller packages typically ship via USPS. We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully.
