JHS Prestige Buffer / Booster Pedal

The JHS Pedals Prestige is a compact booster, buffer, and tone enhancer designed to cover several useful jobs with a single control. Run it low as a natural buffer for long cable runs or as an always-on tone enhancer, turn it up for a clear volume boost, or keep pushing the control to drive the front end of your amplifier into natural breakup.

The first 25% of the control range works primarily as a buffer and enhancer, helping restore clarity and a touch of brightness to a signal traveling through longer cables or larger pedalboards. From roughly 25% to 75%, the Prestige becomes a volume boost that works well for solos or for pushing an overdrive pedal into additional saturation.

Above 75%, the Prestige can hit the front end of a tube amplifier hard enough to create thick, natural breakup. This makes it equally useful as a first gain stage or as a second stage placed around your existing overdrives, adding more level and saturation while maintaining the basic character of the pedals already in your signal chain.

The Prestige keeps everything deliberately simple with one large control knob, a footswitch, and an ultra-compact enclosure that takes up very little pedalboard space.
