The EL Tribute Series is a collaborative project between Wellingtone Classic Drums and Canton Music Shoppe, created in appreciation of our mutual friend Eric Lebowitz, the original founder of Canton Music Shoppe. This series was designed as an accessible entry point into handcrafted snare drums, offering true custom-shop quality at a price point appropriate for beginner and student drummers.

Built by hand in Marietta, Georgia, each EL Tribute snare reflects the same attention to detail, shell work, and finishing standards found in Wellingtone’s higher-end offerings, making it an ideal first serious snare for developing players without compromising craftsmanship.

Domestic Shipping: for items not picked up in store, we are happy to ship them to your door! Most larger domestic packages ship UPS Ground fully insured. Smaller packages typically ship via USPS. We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully. So, you can purchase with confidence that your item will arrive safely, and in the very rare cases where damage occurs we will work with the shipper to make it right.
