very good for its age. The bass shows honest playwear and handling marks throughout—light scuffs and small dings—but no cracks, repairs, or structural issues. Frets are in solid shape, and the electronics are working as they should.

It’s been fully set up in our shop, including a fresh set of strings, truss rod adjustment, fret polish, action and nut height dialed in, and electronics tested. It’s a smooth player and a great example of Ovation’s innovative design work from this era.

We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully.
