Description:

Up for sale is a 1967 Fender Bassman black panel head with its matching piggyback 2x12 cabinet. This is a classic mid-’60s example that’s in great shape for its age and retains the straightforward layout and powerful, articulate response the Bassman is known for. Originally designed for bass but long favored by guitar players, this platform is well regarded for its clean headroom, tight low end, and ability to take pedals exceptionally well.

Features include a 50-watt all-tube circuit, dual channels (Normal and Bass Instrument), simple tone controls, and the matching closed-back 2x12 cabinet. This amp has been updated with a 3-prong power cord and was recently retubed and serviced. Cosmetically, it presents very well overall with typical, honest wear consistent with age, but no major issues or abuse. Fully tested and performing exactly as it should. Sounds huge!
