Description:

Ruby Red. The CS28 is one of Ovation’s most popular shallow-depth bowl models, designed to offer a balance of projection and comfort. The rounded Lyrachord back makes it easy to hold, while the shallow contour ensures it sits nicely whether standing or seated.

It features a solid spruce top with scalloped X-bracing, paired with a single round soundhole for a more traditional acoustic look and feel. Plugged in, the onboard Ovation OP-4BT electronics provide clear, natural amplified sound with simple onboard controls, making it a dependable gigging instrument.

light surface scratches on the body, likely from pick use, but has no significant dings or structural issues. Frets are in great shape, the neck is solid, and the electronics are working perfectly. No case or gig bag is included.

It has been fully set up in our shop: fresh strings installed, truss rod and neck relief adjusted, frets polished, nut and action dialed in, and electronics tested. It’s playing cleanly and sounds great both acoustic and plugged in.

Domestic Shipping: for items not picked up in store, we are happy to ship them to your door! Most larger domestic packages ship UPS Ground fully insured. Smaller packages typically ship via USPS. We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully. So, you can purchase with confidence that your item will arrive safely, and in the very rare cases where damage occurs we will work with the shipper to make it right.
