Description:

1980s. These NMI acoustics are quite rare, especially outside of Japan, and are known for their high-quality craftsmanship and tone that rivals better-known Japanese brands from the same era like Yamaha and Takamine.

rosewood back and sides, giving it a warm, balanced tone with clear mids and strong projection. The dreadnought body offers plenty of volume, while the smooth mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard make it a comfortable player.

light scratches scattered across the body and headstock, consistent with normal playwear over time. No cracks, major dings, or structural issues are present. Frets and neck are in excellent shape, and the guitar plays cleanly with good resonance.

It has been fully set up in our shop: fresh strings installed, truss rod and relief adjusted, frets polished, nut and saddle height dialed in, and intonation checked. It plays comfortably and delivers a lively, open sound that highlights the build quality of these lesser-seen Japanese-made instruments.

We typically use brand new, high crush strength boxes and we pack very carefully.
