Notable for her poised stage presence and rich, warm tone, Lauryn Davis has become a notable soprano within the Kennesaw area. Lauryn has been included in masterclasses with world renowned musicians and directors such as: Jennifer Larmore, Julianne Baird, William Ferrara and Chuck Hudson. She has been selected to perform at the KSU Honors Recital and also placed first at the Georgia National Association of Teachers Singing Competition. A native of Atlanta, Lauryn graduated from Westlake High School. She studies Vocal Performance under the tutelage of renowned tenor, Nathan Munson, where she has developed exemplary technique and musicality. Her operatic roles performed includes Susanna from Le Nozze di Figaro, Mercedes from Carmen and Meg from Falstaff. Lauryn is a wonderful musician that loves to nurture young musicians and grow them into music professionals. She plans to further her operatic and teaching career by training with other professionals at summer programs and fellowships around the world.
